Background Information
Robert Austin is a Member of the RICS, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1982. After qualifying, he gained work experience working in private practice carrying out residential surveys and valuation work through London. In 1994 Robert set up as a sole practitioner and has practiced in and around the Battersea area ever since, building an extensive knowledge of the area and contacts. He is totally independent with no ties to any lender or estate agency.
Full professional indemnity is provided to a value of £500,000. Instructions can often be actioned at short notice and a full verbal report or site meeting provided on completion of the inspection.
